My little pink piglings

Why piglings you may ask? Not piglets??

Going on a tangent from clay stuff:
A friend once told me about an international student who said that a baby pig should be called a "pigling". Why a pigling? Well, a baby duck is a duckling, so why shouldn't a baby pig be a "pigling"? Ohhh... the English language...

Back to the topic at hand.... let me share two different piglings I've made!

The first one is simpler, but cute nonetheless :)

The second little pigling, is Piglet! :) He looks like he is pondering on something important ;)

A tin for anything!

You know how you sometimes go to weddings (mainly at a certain H hotel), and they give you favors in the form of mints in a tin? Well, some people might discard those tin boxes once they have finished the mints, but not me! They're sooooo useful!

I can store li'l bits and pieces of craft items in there, or even earrings or paperclips! Lots of uses for a small mint tin.

And... we should be greener and ReUse this versatile item! :)

Here, I've made use of my clay interest and added on some decorative touches to the mint tin. It looks very different after the "remodel" ;) Hope this inspires you!

Bunny Magic!

Instead of being the bunny that pops out of the magician's hat, this bunny is the one who does the magic! :) He's all dressed up and ready to go! ;)

Monkey business

Specially for those born in the year of the Monkey :) He has lots of love to share!

Check out his long curly tail too!

Woolie the Sheep

Woolie is so named due to his curly and fluffy wool :) Imagine this as a cute little keychain or hanging from your phone :)

Help our Penyu!

This little guy was inspired by Squirt from Finding Nemo. I'm sure you can see the resemblance :)

I'd like to dedicate this little fella to the folks at Help Our Penyu who are doing great work in conserving (and eventually growing!) the turtle population in Malaysia. HOPE to join in one of their projects in the future!

Pinky the Penguin

Pinky is a one-of-a-kind penguin with a pink beak and pink feet :) She acknowledges and celebrates her uniqueness! :)
